The Wellsville Rod and Gun Club was formed October 7, 1915 from several loosely organized “hunt clubs”, friends, families and conservation-minded folks. In 1916, the club joined forces with the NRA and the United States Government in order to support marksmanship. They offered KRAG rifles and 120 rounds of ammo to members for $5.00!
We celebrated our 100th anniversary in 2015. Now in our second century of existence, we look forward to continuing our long heritage of serving and supporting the hunting, fishing & shooting sports enthusiasts of Western NY.
